📦 Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping at The Quilters Retreat Store! Below are our shipping terms.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
Larger or fragile items may take a little longer.
We don’t ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.
If there’s an unusual delay, we’ll notify you by email or phone.
Note: Shipping time is separate from processing time and depends on the method shown at checkout.

Most U.S. orders arrive within 11 business days from the order date.
Custom-printed items (notepads, planners, etc.) can take a bit longer due to production.

Standard shipping is free for $50+ orders
Quilt Kits & Backing Fabric: These may ship in individual boxes and may incur separate shipping fees per item.
Multiple Quilt Kits in one order? We’ll always look for the most cost-effective way to ship. If we can combine and save you money, we automatically refund any extra shipping you were charged.
Apparel & Housewares (T-shirts, mugs, etc.): These ship separately from our print partner and use rates based on their carrier costs.
If your final shipping cost is lower than what you paid at checkout, we’ll issue a partial refund after processing.

Your order may arrive in multiple packages (e.g., a quilt kit from us and a T-shirt from our print partner).
You’ll receive tracking for each package as it ships.

Many items are available for delivery to Canada. These orders are fulfilled by our U.S.-based print partners.
Typical delivery: 7–15 business days after shipment (customs processing can add a few days).
Prices are shown in CAD when you shop our Canada store.
Duties & taxes: We currently ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Depending on your province and order value, the carrier may collect GST/HST/PST and/or duty at delivery.
Items not available in Canada won’t appear for purchase when you’re shopping the Canada site.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.

Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address. We aren’t responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, but we’ll always try to help.
