👕 What’s special about your t-shirts?

Soft, high-quality blanks + quilt-centric art. Multiple sizes/colors (availability may vary by country). Check the size chart on each product page.

❤️ Do you donate to charity?

Yes! We donate 5% of profits to groups like Project Linus and The Linus Connection.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

Major cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover, Diners Club), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Venmo, and PayPal.

🚚 Shipping

🌎 Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

⏱ How long does shipping take?

  • U.S.: Most orders arrive within 11 business days from order date.
  • Canada: Typical delivery is 7–15 business days after shipment (customs can add a few days).
  • Note: Processing time (usually 2–4 business days) is separate from transit time. We don’t ship on weekends or holidays.

💵 How are shipping rates calculated?

  • Standard shipping is free for $50+ orders
  • Quilt Kits & Backing Fabric: These may ship in individual boxes and may incur separate shipping fees per item.
  • Multiple Quilt Kits in one order? We’ll always look for the most cost-effective way to ship. If we can combine and save you money, we automatically refund any extra shipping you were charged.
  • Apparel & Housewares (T-shirts, mugs, etc.): These ship separately from our print partner and use rates based on their carrier costs.
  • If your final shipping cost is lower than what you paid at checkout, we’ll issue a partial refund after processing.

📦 Will my order arrive in multiple packages?

Possibly! Kits/fabric may ship from us; apparel/housewares from our print partner. You’ll receive tracking for each package.

🇨🇦 Will I pay duties/taxes in Canada?

Maybe. Canada orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Depending on your province and order value, the carrier may collect GST/HST/PST and/or duty at delivery. Prices display in CAD when you shop our Canada site. Items not available in Canada won’t appear.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

🇺🇸 U.S. returns

We accept returns on most non-personalized items if:

  • Unused, unwashed, original condition
  • Postmarked within 30 days of delivery
  • Return shipping paid by the customer
  • A 15% restocking fee applies (covers packaging/processing).
  • Exchange option: on your first U.S. size exchange for the order, we’ll waive the restocking fee (you cover return shipping; we cover the reship).

🇨🇦 Canada (international)

We don’t offer exchanges on international orders right now.
If something arrives damaged/incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos—we’ll replace or refund.
If a return is authorized: customer pays return shipping; duties/taxes/fees are non-refundable.

🧵 Fabric, Kits & Supplies

  • Fabric by the yard / custom cuts: Final sale (not returnable once cut).
  • Quilt kits & backing fabric (pre-assembled): Returnable unopened within 30 days; restocking fee applies.
  • Opened kits, cut yardage, used supplies: Not returnable.

❌ Non-returnable items

Personalized/custom items, digital downloads, gift cards, perishables (if any), and items marked Final Sale.

🛠 How do I start a return?

Email info@thequiltersretreat.store with your order number and reason. We’ll confirm eligibility and send instructions. (Unapproved returns can’t be accepted.)

💸 When will I get my refund?

After your return is received/approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days (your bank/issuer may take longer).

🧭 Ordering Tips

  • Check the size chart before ordering apparel.
  • Double-check your shipping address—we can’t be responsible for delays/losses due to incorrect addresses (we’ll always try to help!).
