Yes! We offer custom products for quilting bees, clubs, and retreats.

🔄 Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Yes! We now accept returns on most products, including apparel and mugs, as long as they are unused and in original condition. Here’s what you need to know:

  • ✔️ Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • ✔️ Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • ✔️ A 15% restocking fee applies
  • ✔️ Digital products and custom items are non-refundable

Be sure to double-check size charts before ordering apparel. We’re always happy to help!

🛠 What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we’ll make it right.

Once verified, we’ll offer you a replacement or a full refund — your choice!

⏳ How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days. It’ll go right back to your original payment method — and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

📦 How do I start a return?

  • ✔️ Reason for return

We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions on where to send your package.

🚚 Do you offer exchanges?

  • ✔️ Quilt Kits & Fabric – Exchanges are possible if stock is available
  • 🚫 POD Items & Digital Products – Since these are custom-made, we cannot offer exchanges
