How it works

The easy-peasy process (3 steps)

Approve your proof → then place your shirt or mug order

I’ll send you a proof to review, and you can take your time deciding. No pressure, no “final-final” panic. 😄

Package A — Menu Design + Free Personalization (Most Popular)

Choose a design from my Quilting Bee Exclusive Design Menu at the bottom of this page and I’ll personalize it for your group at no extra charge.

Year and/or dates

Proofing:

1 proof included
Up to 2 quick edit rounds included (name/date/location tweaks count here)
Extra edits after that are $15 each

Package B — Custom Front Design ($129)

“We want something that’s uniquely us.”

I’ll design a custom front graphic just for your group — based on your vibe, inside jokes, colors, and quilting personality.

$129 Custom Design Fee (paid upfront) includes:

2 concept directions to choose from
1 chosen direction refined into the final design
Up to 3 revision rounds

Best for: Retreats, long-running bees, special events, anniversary tees, fundraiser groups.

Package C — Custom Front + Back Print ($199)

“We want the full retreat shirt treatment.”

Everything in Package B, plus a back print design — perfect for retreat name + dates + location, or a fun “attendee list” style layout.

$199 Custom Design Fee (paid upfront) includes:

Custom front design (as in Package B)
Custom back print layout/design
Up to 5 revision rounds total (front/back combined)

Best for: Retreats, destination sewing weekends, leadership teams, big group photo moments.

Bulk savings (clear + simple)

Bulk shipping savings (the math without the headache)

✅ 20+ shirts/mugs: $2 off each (free shipping)
Bulk orders are handled directly with a single group coordinator and as a single order for all sizes/colors, so everything stays accurate and ships together (sizes, colors, shipping bundle savings, and timelines).

Ordering details (important)

How you’ll place the shirt or mug order

✅ 1-19 Shirts or mugs

After your design is approved, you’ll place your order like normal through the store.

A special link will be provided to your coordinator who can circulate it to the group.

Individuals can order any quantity
Sizes can be mixed (XS–3XL, 15oz, 11oz, etc. as available)
Will offer in all our standard colors, or a limited number of colors, whatever the group decides.

Coordinator reaches out (email) with your group details + estimated quantity
I send a proof for approval (and tweak the name/date/location as needed)
Once approved, I’ll confirm the final size breakdown + total
You’ll receive a checkout/invoice to pay
I place the order and keep you updated until it ships ✅

Tip for coordinators: If you don’t have sizes yet, no problem — send an estimate first and we’ll finalize sizes when you’re ready.

How long does it take?

Package A (menu personalization): usually fastest. Proofs usually within 2 business days; production/shipping timelines vary
Package B/C (custom): a bit longer due to concepts + revisions. Proofs usually within 4 business days; production/shipping timelines vary.

If you have a deadline, tell me — I’ll let you know what’s realistic.

Can we see a proof before paying?

Package A: Yes (free proof)
Package B/C: You’ll pay the design fee first, then I start the concepts. Design fees are non-refundable once concept work begins.

Can you make it exclusive so no other group gets it?

Package A designs are exclusive to my shop menu (not sold elsewhere), but other groups can choose the same base design with their own personalization.
Package B/C custom designs are created for your group and won’t be reused.
