Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible.
Promotion Period
Entries are accepted from the announcement date through 11:59 PM (local time) on September 6, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
How to Enter
You may enter by either method below. No purchase necessary. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.
- Photo Review Entry (Customer Entry): Visit our Reviews page at thequiltersretreat.store/pages/reviews during the Promotion Period and submit a product review that includes a photo of a product purchased from The Quilters Retreat.Store. Reviews must be submitted during the Promotion Period to qualify.

Mail‑in entries must be postmarked by September 3, 2025 and received by September 6, 2025. Limit one mail‑in entry per person.
Limits: One entry per person per product for Photo Review Entries. Duplicate, automated, or mechanically reproduced entries are not permitted. Incomplete or illegible entries are void.
Content Requirements
Photo Review Entries must feature a genuine product purchased from The Quilters Retreat.Store. Do not include third‑party logos or content you do not own. Entries may not be unlawful, offensive, or infringe any rights; Sponsor may disqualify non‑compliant entries.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $100 The Quilters Retreat.Store digital gift card. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $100. Prize is non‑transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Winner Selection & Notification
On or about September 8, 2025, Sponsor will select one (1) winner by random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Winner will be notified via the email address provided in the winning entry. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
Rights in Submitted Content
By submitting a Photo Review Entry, you represent that you own or control the rights to the content and you grant Sponsor a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display your submitted photo and your first name (if provided) in Sponsor’s marketing, including on Sponsor’s website, email, and social media, without additional compensation, notice, or approval, to the extent permitted by law.
General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that tamper with or abuse any aspect of the promotion or that violate these rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, inaccurate, or incomplete entries, or for technical failures of any kind.
Privacy
Information submitted in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. For reviews submitted via Judge.me, participants are also subject to Judge.me’s terms and privacy policies.
Release
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any claims or liability arising from participation or acceptance/use of the prize, except where prohibited.
Governing Law
All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.
